Building Survey Report
A comprehensive, top level and thorough survey detailing a property’s condition to aid an informed purchase decision.
This type of report is tailored for every type of residential property including more modern properties, those that have been extended, altered or where there are visible signs of poor condition. This detailed report covers all aspects both internally and externally.
It provides a cost effective strategy for risk mitigation, delving into potential issues from concealed flaws and offering an overview of repair options thus offering buyers ample information to make well informed property purchase decisions and price negotiations where required.
The report will outline potential risks and sumarises issues breaking them down into Maintenance Issues, areas requiring Further Investigation as well as Urgent Investigations that are valuable for discussions with your legal adviser. This overview of repair options outlines the possible consequences of inaction and provides further guidance.
