James Bush Surveyors is a friendly, family business which prides itself on delivering a personal bespoke service to each individual client. We are an independent surveying firm which allows us the time to provide a high quality survey and report and give the time that each client needs to be able to make informed decisions based on the findings of the report. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive survey in order to protect your investment and save you significant money in the future.
We only conduct Level 3 building surveys not Level 2 Homebuyer reports as it is our belief that a property purchase is, for most people, the most significant investment that they will make in their lifetime and therefore it is worth the added time and investment in obtaining a comprehensive report so that the correct and most fully informed decision can be made.
Reports are sent out quickly and efficiently so as not to add to the sometimes lengthy and drawn out process of purchasing a property. The reports are clear, comprehensive and detailed and are supported by access to a surveyor to guide you through the content and to clarify any information that would be useful to you. A drone service is used when required to ensure that inaccessible or difficult to view components can be checked.
The survey is undertaken by a fully qualified RICS surveyor with over thirty years hands on experience. James qualified in 1993 as a Chartered Surveyor and started his career in Central London conducting a variety of commercial surveying work before changing to residential property following an overseas trip to value a portfolio of commercial and residential property for Barclays Bank. During his professional career he has worked for a number of highly reputable firms, such as Healey and Baker, (now Cushman and Wakefield), Knight Frank, Countrywide Surveyors and Woodward Chartered Surveyors.
